I built an AI operating system for my clothing brand. Now I build them for other founders.
A 6-week engagement to install a Finance manager, Operations manager, and a General Manager that runs your business overnight. You wake up to an end-of-day brief. You approve escalations from your phone. Your team gets clear direction without waiting for you.
Built by Sumit at KAAY. Currently accepting 3 new engagements per quarter.

How this works.
1
Diagnose
1 week · ₹70,000
A one-week Operations Audit. I map your operations, identify the 5–8 biggest friction points, score each by time-cost and automation feasibility. You get a prioritized roadmap. If it's not worth building anything, I'll tell you.
2
Build
5–6 weeks · from ₹4L
I install the AI Org — a General Manager and 3–4 domain managers (Finance, Operations, plus one you choose) that run your business between founder decisions. Milestone-based payment. Full handover of workflows to your infrastructure.
3
Operate
Retainer · from ₹35k/month
The system needs prompt tuning as your business evolves. Monthly review. New managers or integrations quoted as follow-ons. Retainer includes bug fixes, cost monitoring, and one new manager domain every two months.

Enter your business details. My GM will generate the end-of-day brief you'd receive — the same format my clothing brand receives every night at 8 PM.
How the retainer works.
The AI Org I build for you is not fire-and-forget software. It's an operating system that needs tuning as your business evolves — new categories, new team members, new decisions the GM hasn't seen before. The retainer covers that ongoing work: prompt tuning, cost monitoring, new manager domains as needed, and first-line support if anything breaks. Retainer starts on handover and runs on a 6-month minimum commitment.
Important: the system runs on a license-check layer that pauses the AI Org if the retainer lapses. You'll receive daily warnings for 7 days before pause. This is documented in the engagement contract and is how the ongoing relationship stays fair to both sides.
Retainer includes
- Starts on handover, 6-month minimum
- Bug fixes and infrastructure maintenance included
- One new manager domain every two months
- Monthly cost/usage report
- Quarterly prompt review
- 7-day grace period on retainer lapse before pause
- Additional integrations quoted separately
I also run KAAY.
KAAY is my clothing brand — independent luxury made in India. Everything I know about small-business operations, I know because I'm in it every day. When I say I understand founder mess, it's not a positioning line.

I'm Sumit. I run KAAY, a clothing brand, and I build AI Orgs for other founders. Everything I know about operating a small business — the mess of orders, the mess of returns, the mess of vendors, the founder as bottleneck — I know because I'm still in it. The AI Org I install is what I built for my own company first.
If you're a founder who's tired of being the routing layer for every question, we should talk.
