Effective on handover date — reviewed per engagement.
The retainer begins on the handover date confirmed in your engagement contract. The minimum commitment is 6 months for Starter and Standard engagements, and 12 months for Enterprise engagements.
The AI Org includes a license-check layer that verifies active retainer status at each daily cycle. If the retainer lapses, the system will issue daily warnings to the founder email and Discord channel for 7 consecutive days. If the retainer is not renewed within this window, the AI Org will pause automatically. Reactivation requires settling outstanding invoices and a reactivation fee.
Third-party API costs (Anthropic, Google Workspace, n8n hosting, Discord/Slack) are billed directly to the client. Additional integrations, new dashboards, and prompt tuning sprints beyond the included quarterly review are quoted separately.
Early termination during the minimum commitment period is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining monthly retainer payments. After the minimum commitment, the retainer may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
